George Guido

President, Global Relations

George Guido is President, Global Relations at Cullari Communications. George is a seasoned executive with 25+ years experience driving fully-integrated national and international ally development, public affairs, PR, advocacy, and communication campaigns and helps lead CCG’s global approach to serving the biopharmaceutical industry. Since joining CCG, George has lead projects in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and in several European countries.

George joined CCG after eight years with AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals (AZ) where he served on US & Global Corporate Affairs senior management teams. As Head of AZ Global Corporate Affairs Excellence, Guido elevated global capabilities for government affairs, communications and stakeholder relations. Guido also led a team of US external affairs, advocacy, alliance development, community relations and philanthropy professionals. Previously, George served as Director of Worldwide Constituency Relations at Burson-Marsteller where for nearly a decade he managed a diverse client portfolio, including health, pharmaceuticals, & consumer products. George joined Burson after eight years in Washington DC-based non-profit organizations.

Guido has served in many leadership roles within the health advocacy community, including Board member of the National Health Council, National Education Association’s Health Information Network, Nurse Practitioner Healthcare Foundation, National Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition, Trustee for the Pharmaceutical Industry Labor Management Association, and Alliance Section Chair of the Pharmaceutical Research & Manufactures Association.
